Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the order date. We may delay shipping orders until Monday during hot weather. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays due to inclement weather.


We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, or Internationally.


While we are a veteran-owned small business, we regretfully do not ship to FPO or APO addresses. In lieu of candles, wax melts, or other wax made items, we can mail a free motivational newsletter to an FPO or APO address upon request. Please send your request to



All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at and we will work to resolve the issue.



We only offer purchase price refunds for damaged or defective items.



Please contact us at WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order if you received damaged or defective items. Your email must include photos of the damaged or defective items, Order Number, Name, Billing Address, and a detailed description of the damage or defect. We will refund the purchase price of your order or issue a store credit if you received the item as a gift.


We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered but may have been lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier within 24 to 48 hours to report the issue.
